Old Alabama Jug with light green glaze $250.00 Status: For Sale This was one of the jugs from the History Channel show American Pickers. It is one of my favorites because of the glaze. The jug is from Eastern Alabama perhaps the Oak Level area and most likely pre 1900. It is 8 inches tall not counting corn cob. It has a moderately sized base chip and several smaller chips on the spout. I have seen other 19th century Alabama pieces with this glaze.
