Crawford County Georgia Pottery Jug Item sold Nice example of a Crawford County Georgia Pottery Jug circa 1880. Alkaline glazed. It has a chip on the handle side and a small one on the spout. 9 3/4 inches tall. Crawford County pottery production began in the late 1820s and at one time had as many as 18 potteries operasting at once.
