We guarantee to your satisfaction that all pottery we sell at Mud Sweat and Tears Southern Antique and Folk Pottery to be as described or your money back.

As payment we accept PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, Money Orders, and Personal Checks. Checks are held 10 business days until clearing the bank before any sale items are mailed. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars.

Shipping and Insurance charges are estimated based on size and weight of item to ship, cost to insure, and the expected average cost to ship within the Continental United States. Shipping outside the Continental United States must be approved and calculated before purchase and any additional cost added to the listed Shipping and Insurance cost. The actual cost to ship and insure may be a little more or a little less than the estimated price. We do not refund or charge extra for any actual differences. We do not ship overseas.

Pickup in lieu of shipment is available.

All items are shipped Priority U.S. Mail. Are items are carefully wrapped and double boxed. All items must be fully insured. Damage during shipment is extremely rare. If, however, an item is damaged during shipment it is the buyers responsibility to file the insurance claim with the post office. This is the post office's requirement not our's. The resulting insurance claim will then be mailed to the buyer.
